Why do you think it is important to take an average resting heart rate versus relying on one value alone?

Answer:

Its important because it will identify the approximate number of heartbeats per minute.

Step-by-step explanation:

Avarage resting heart rate is when you count your heartbeats and multiply it by 4 to know the number of hearbeats per min. Relying on one value alone is just your heartbeats that have been counted, nothing else added. What if you counted 15 heartbeats, would that be odd if you have 15 heartbeats a minute? and the normal heart rate is 60.

This are in my own understanding, didnt copy at any site since this is the question on my assignment too. Yw, sincerly zt

An average resting heart rate allows the doctor to approximate how healthy the heart rate and blood pressure are in comparison to the general population. Relying on one value would mean that a doctor would be comparing people's health to the health of one person. If that person is healthy, great. If they have a high or low heart rate, it could mess up the entire idea of health in relation to the heart, and cause many issues.
