The area of a square can be expressed as A = l^2, where l is the length of a side. So, simply find the square root of the area (64) to get the length of
8 feet
.
Hope this helped!! xx

8. Area of a square is found using the equation A = s^2 where s is the length of any side since they are all equal. The square root of 64 (8) would then be your answer
