I'll do it for you. You put a 1 under the 4 to make it a fraction, then you multiply and after you divide

What i like to do is turn the 4 2/3 into a improper fraction which will be 14/3. When you did that it will make it easier for you to multiple it. And you know the whole 4, i put a denominator of 1 because 4/1 = 4 (it'll just make it easier throughout your work.)

4 14
-- x -- =
1 3

4 x 14 = 56
1 x 3 = 3

The answer is 56/3 = 18 2/3
