1) Let 'x' represent the total number of toddlers in the class
The proportion is 15/100=3/x
2)15/100=3/x====> Cross multiply
15x=300===> Divide both sides by 15
15/15x=300/15
x=20
Therefore, there are 20 toddlers in the class.
