Addie buys 3 sodas. She pays with cash and receives $4 in change. The sodas are $2 each. Which equation can be used to find d, the number of dollars Maddie gives the snack bar worker??

A. 3 X2 = d - 4
B. D=(3 X 2) - 4
C. D X 3 X 2 = 4
D - 2 = # X 4

A because 3 x 2 is equal to 6 which would be the amount of money you paid for the drinks. She would've used a $10 bill, had $6 taken away and $4 given back as change.
