Data:

( (11)/(5)) * ((x)/( -(1)/(9) ) ) = (2)/(5)

Solving:

( (11)/(5)) * ((x)/( -(1)/(9) ) ) = (2)/(5)

( (11)/(5)) * (x* (-9)/(1) ) = (2)/(5)

( (11)/(5)) * ((-9x)/(1) ) = (2)/(5)

(-99x)/(5) = (2)/(5)
Product of extremes equals product of means:

-99x*5 = 5*2

-495x = 10 simplify by (-1)

495x = - 10

x = (-10)/(495)\:simplify\: (/5)/(/5) \to \boxed{\boxed{x = (-2)/(99)}}
or

x = -0.020202... \to \boxed{\boxed{x = - 0.0\overline{20}}}
