The right answer is zygote.

A zygote is a diploid cell resulting from the fusion of two haploid gametes or an egg in the first stage of development, immediately following fertilization. A zygote is therefore the cell (fertilized egg) resulting from the fusion of a female gamete (egg) and a male gamete (sperm).
