The dimensions would be x and x+6. The area is 216.
x(x+6) = 216
x^2 + 6x - 216 = 0
(x-12)(x+18) = 0
x = 12---Yes---
x = -18---No, sides cannot be negative---
If one side is 12, the other side is 18. To check:
12 * 18 = 216
216 = 216
