The answer is 27 I did my math in a calculator, and I told my math teacher I'm home schooled

The original triangle had side lengths of 12. The perimeter was 36

Then if you divide each side by 4, each side would be 3 and the new triangle's perimeter would be 9. The difference of them would be 36-9 which is 27. The answer is 27. Hope that helped
