When a company is promising to their customers that their products are high-quality and has dependable performance, they do it in a form of document that the customers will receive upon purchase, known as (B) guarantees and warranties.
Guarantees and warranties are different from one another. Guarantees generally promises satisfaction, and thus buyer can return the product according to the terms and conditions when he or she is unsatisfied with what he or she receives. More often than not, guarantees promise refunds, up to 100%. Warranty is generally used to claim free repairs or replacements for products that do not last as long as it is advertised too, or doesn’t perform up to par.
