c= -b-11
3(-b-11) +6=6b
-3b-33+6 = 6b
-3b -27=6b
-3b+3b -27=6b + 3b
-27 = 9b
-27/9 = 9b/9
b= -3
c= -(-3)-11
c = 3-11
c= -8
Check
3(-8)+6=6(-3)
-24+6= -18
-18 = -18
