Here you distrubute the two equations

2x*x=2x^2
2x*3=6x
9*x=9x
9*3=27

Then we add all these answers together for the total
2x^2+6x+9x+27 (combine like terms)
2x^2+15x+27 in the final answer

Hope this helps
