A company designs its packaging so that it is a cylinder with a diameter of 4 inches and a height of 7 inches with a cone on top that has a diameter of 4 inches and a height of 3 inches. Find the volume of this figure. Leave in terms of π.

All you have to do is find the volume of the cylinder, then find the volume of the cone, and add their 2 volumes.

Volume of a cylinder:
( \pi )/(4) D^(2) h_(1)
Where D is the diameter of the cylinder and h1 is the height of the cylinder

Volume of a cone:
( \pi H_(2) d^(2) )/(12)

Where H2 is the height of the cone and d is the diameter of the cone
