The answer is C.

Slant rhyme (American) contains a sound that is close but not exact correspondence of sounds. Example: wait, made. The pair of lines in C have the words frame and scream, the parts ame and eam make a slant rhyme. The other lines contain rhymes that have the same sound: bliss, miss; weight, straight; time;crime.
