When e^x=0 there is not an x value because there is a horizontal asymptote x=0.

You can solve it with natural logs:
x³eˣ-4xeˣ=0
x³eˣ=4xeˣ
natural log both sides
ln
x³eˣ=ln4xeˣ
Distribute the ln, bring the x exponent down and cancel out the ln e combinations
lnx³*xlne=ln4x*xlne
xlnx³=xln4x x's and ln's cancel out
x³=4x
x=2
