The answer is C: Greeks.

Although religion developed in the Italian peninsula independently of contact with other cultures, it is a fact that the presence of Greeks and Greek mythology influenced their religion from the beginning of their conformation as a cultural group. The early Romans combined some of their major beliefs with those of Greek mythology, creating a prolific syncretism that inspired, thereafter, Roman art and thought.

Almost all of the Roman stuff that they had was adopted by the Greeks. Things such as gods, how in Roman language, the sea god is Neptune, but in Greek language, it's Poseidon.
