1 pound = 0.453592 kg
5 pounds≈2.3 kg
1 oz=0.0283495 lb
4oz=0.25 lb
0.25 lb=0.1kg
ans= 2.3kg+0.1kg
=2.4kg

Since one lb would equal .454 of a kilo,you would multiply 5 ×.454. Then an oz would equal 0.0283 so multiply 4×.0283. Finally add the sums of the products together to get your answer. Make sure you don't confuse the decimals.
