The perimeter of a rectangle is given by:

P=2w+2l

we know that P=356 m and l=95 m, plugging this values into the expression above and solvinf for w we have:

\begin{gathered} 356=2w+2(95) \\ 2w=356-2(95) \\ 2w=356-190 \\ 2w=166 \\ w=(166)/(2) \\ w=83 \end{gathered}

Therefore the width of the rectangle is 83 m.
