A rectangular park is  80

 meters wide and  130  meters long.

Give the length and width of another rectangular park that has the same perimeter but a larger area.

80 * 130 = 10,400 square meters
Perimeter = 2*80 + 2*130 = 160 + 260 = 420 meters
A rectangular park that is 90 by 120 has a 420 meter perimeter but its area is
10,800 square meters
There are many such parks that would have the greater area than 10,400 square meters.
The maximum would be a square rectangle that is 105 meters on all 4 sides, perimeter = 420 and its area would be 11,025 square meters
