6 (4/5) = 6 (12/15)
2 (2/3) = 2 (10/15)

Perimeter = 2 * (6 (12/15)) + 2 * 2 (10/15) =
12 (24/15) + 4 (20/15) =
16 (44/15)
18 (14/15)
**************************************************************************
It is MUCH easier to say
perimeter = (2 * 6.8) + (2 * 2.66666666666666) =
perimeter = 13.6 + 5.3333333333333
perimeter = 18.93

14/15 = 0.9333333333
