What I got, rounded to the nearest whole number, is 452 cm. for the volume.
Formula: pi*radius squared*height

Answer:

452\ cm^(3)

Explanation:

we know that

the volume of a cylinder (coffe cup) is equal to

V=\pi r^(2) h

we have

r=8/2=4\ cm -----> the radius is half the diameter

h=9\ cm

substitute

V=\pi (4^(2))(9)=452.4\ cm^(3)

Round to the nearest whole number

452.4\ cm^(3)=452\ cm^(3)
