The answer to your question would be B) Ground water will increase, and here is why: Since the snow piled up on top on the mountain, when Spring comes around, naturally temperature will rise. Once this happens, the snow will melt and run-off of the mountain. Then, since there is so much water, there will be a large amount of ground water, probably more than normal.
