in order to make a right triangle with the given vertices, the third point should make a vertical line in either of the 2 points. because the 2 points are horizontal line. in order to make a vertical line, x coordinate should be the same. so the answer is the x coordinate with either 5 or 11 in it. so among the choices, the answer is ( 11, 4)
