Explanation:

Given

Juli has 200 ml of 35% hand sanitizer

Sarah has 150 ml of 85% hand sanitizer

The mixture has 60% con. i.e. 60 % is Alcohol and 40 % water

The final volume of the mixture =200+150=350 ml

Now, 60% of 350 ml=
350* 0.6=210\ ml

So, pure Alcohol is 210 ml

Water in the final mixture=
350* 0.4=140\ ml

The concentration of Alcohol is 60%
