Usually when I do questions like this, I remember that 1 times a number will always be that number. Since 1/3 is basically .333333, I add the 1 and get 1.33333

1 divided by 1/3 is the same this as 1 TIMES 3 after doing the reciprical of the fraction.
So 1 times 3 = 3.
