 Spitzer is the largest and most powerful IR space telescope we have every launch (about to be passed by JWST). It allows to us to see beyond the veil that hides young stars and helps us understand their formation. I've been a Spitzer observer.

The Spitzer telescope is a very high-tech instrument that was constructed and launched by NASA, in order to study the distant galaxies and the clouds that are comprised of dust particles and gases. These are present extensively up to about more than about 500 light-years. It orbits around the sun in a preferred way, obtaining images of the infrared universe that are of significant use. These images are very clear and helping scientists to derive more information regarding the interstellar particles and space and also how the universe was formed and undergone changes over billions of years.

Thus, the images obtained from the Spitzer telescope are very important.
