its # 4 when i read #4 it really gave me the actual meaning of figurative language

This figure of speech uses words or expression to a convey a mening that differs from the literal interpretation.

Option 1 is not correct because that is the definition of Alliteration. Option 2 is not correct either, because that is the definition of Personification.
