.   Multiply (x + 3)(x – 3).

A. x2 + 6x – 9
  B. x2 + 6x + 9
  C. x2 – 9
  D. x2 – 6x + 9
help some says its C and some says its not

x × x = x^2
x × -3 = -3x
3 × x = 3x
3 × -3 = -9

x^2 + 3x - 3x - 9
So I would agree with C because the -3x and the 3x cancel each other out. I hope this helps!
