2/3-4x+7/2=-9x+5/6

first move the x's to one side and fractions to another

2/3+7/2-5/6=4x-9x

2/3+7/2-5/6= -5x

next find a common denominator

which would be 6 so you multiply
2/3 by 2/2
7/2 by 3/3 and
5/6 by 1/1

you should then have this

4/6+17/6-5/6= 5x

16/6=5x

simplify which equals 8/3

then divide by 5 but when dividing you get the reciprocal then multiply so it'll be
8/3*1/5

which will be 8/15

so x=8/15

hope this helped :)
