area small hemisphere=235.5cmsq

use the formula for finding the area of a semi circle pi * r^2
the radius is half the diameter, the diameter is given because a rectangle has 2 pairs of equal sides

1) pi * 2.5^2=pi* 6.25

2) pi * 7^2= pi* 49
