Is the passage of dialogue written correctly or incorrectly?

"How long should we wait for our friends?" wondered Meg.
"The theater opens in twenty minutes," Sally replied, "and the movie starts in thirty. We can save them seats."

This is clearly correctly written between punctuation and capitalization.

The first sentence is incorrect because you need a comma after the question mark. And the second one is correct because it has correct comma usage with the quotes. I guess if you were referring to both of the sentences together then it's incorrect because the first one is wrong. I hope this helps you!!
