This is clearly correctly written between punctuation and capitalization.

The first sentence is incorrect because you need a comma after the question mark. And the second one is correct because it has correct comma usage with the quotes. I guess if you were referring to both of the sentences together then it's incorrect because the first one is wrong. I hope this helps you!!
