I'd assume this is either 12.50, or 13.23, because they are both used twice. When you have two, you need to add them together and then divide by two, I added them together and got 25.73. I then divided them by two, getting
12.865. This will give you your median.

$12.50 & $13.23, mode is just basically the number(s) that show up the most.
