How do reactants or products get in or out of the cell

reactant are what is needed to make up something so a reactant is something that enters the cell, meaning it goes through the cell membrane through pores that detect what the cell needs. waste is the product of a cell, but just think of it as the left over materials. it too is secreted through this membrane during a certain period.
