If squared 61 is the longest side length in the triangle, find the value of x that makes the triangle above a right triangle. Write your answer in simplest radical form.

So the question ask to find the value of x that makes the triangle above a right triangle and the best way to answer this is by doing the Pythagorean formula of c^2=a^2+b^2 and the answer would be  X=31. I hope you are satisfied with my answer

6 square root of 10

a^2+b^2=c^2

a=x

b=x+1

c=square root of 61

x^2+x^2+1=61

x^4=60

x=6 square root of 10
