ugg long answer since it wont accept a short easy answer

a regular pentagon has 5 equal sides,
the perimeter of this pentagon is 28
so a side is 28/5

dilation means you will multiply the sides by 8/7
hence the new side is 32/5

multiply that number by 5, you get your answer

easy short answer
multiply 28 by 8/7
