You round 0.1875 by the 7.
I learned, if it's 5 or lower you leave it the way it is. If it's 6 or higher, you round up 1. Therefore; your answer is 0.19
For example, (using your problem)
0 . 1 8 7 5
Zero Ones tenths hundreds thousands

I get 0.1880, which we normally write as 0.188.
