The equation for finding the area of a square is area=widthxheight

Since all sides of a square are the same length, we can divide to find the length. 20 divided by 4= 5, so our side height and width are both 5

area= 5x5

area=25

The area is 25, because the length and width are both 5.

5× 5 = 25 (area)

5 + 5 + 5 + 5 = 20 (perimeter)

You're welcome :)
