A direct variation is a relationship between two variables that is a constant multiple of the other.
In table 1, x=2 and y=2 in the first row, but then x=6 and y=12 in the next. This means the relationship is not constant and therefor not a direct variation.
In table 2, y/x=7 for each set of variables. That means the relationship is constant and it is a direct variation.
So the answer is B. Table 2.
