Here, Multiply second equation by 2,
-8x + 6y = -20

Now,Add both the equations in order to eliminate x from the expression,
8y= -16
y = -16/8
y = -2

Substitute the value in 1st equation,
8x + 2(-2) = 4
8x = 4 + 4
x = 8 / 8
x = 1

In short, Your Answer would be Option D) (1, -2)

Hope this helps!
