a.) y = 3x - 4.....slope(rate of change) = 3

b.) 4y - 8x = 1
4y = 8x + 1
y = 2x + 1/4.....slope(rate of change) = 2

c.) (2,6)(3,10)
slope(rate of change) = (10 - 6) / (3 - 2) = 4/1 = 4

d.) (5,-2)(6,4)
slope(rate of change) = (4 - (-2) / (6 - 5) = 6/1 = 6

greatest rate of change is : D
