The project Globe is the Global Leadership and Organizational Behavior Effectiveness Research Project and is basically a project of many experts who study study cross-cultural leadership. The research also identified six global dimensions by which to compare and contrast leadership behaviors. We can evaluate the Globe project as a helpful tool for executives to be more prepared for the challenges and issues they will be facing. Especially in the energy and industrial resources sector is a wonderful tool in order to enhance the use of the resources, sometimes very scarce, and to do as much as they can in order to use those resources in the correct way. Have in mind that the Globe project analizes cultural dimensions and cultural values and practices that cna be the way to approach probems for many years to come and can help managers develop a more sensitive mindset.
