Write the verb "go" in the present perfect tense. Use the pronoun "I" as the subject.

A. I have gone.
B. I am going.
C. I go.

In the present time it would be

I am going because you are saying that you are going now(present)
I have gone is that you went in the past.
I go is another present sentence.
I am gone doesn`t make make any sense.
So the answer is I am going(A)
