Simple...

you have:

1.) Find the slope of the line using (-2,1) and (3,6)

Using
( y_(1)- y_(2) )/( x_(1) - x_(2) )

(1-6)/(-2-3) = (-5)/(-5)

m=1 (slope)

2.)Tell whether the equation, 8y+3=5x+3, is a direct variation.

y=
(5x)/(8) (None)

3.)What is the slope and y-intercept of the graph of the equation y=2x+3?

Slope =2

y-intercept=3

C.

Thus, your answer.
