A. y= x/3 + 2 this means the graph starts at 2 on the Y axis and x/3 means it moves across on the x axis once for every three times it goes up on the y axis

B. y= 3x + 2 this means the graph starts at 2 on the Y axis and 3x means it moves across the X axis 3 times and up the y axis once

Use the equation (X2-X1)/(Y2-Y1) and you get the answer 0/3
0 happens to represents the X this time...so the equation is x/3

so A is your answer
