How can I divide a decimal by a decimal

Yes, it's easier with fractions though. For example, you can divide .5 by .5 which gives you 1. Or you can do 1/2 divided by 1/2. To divide fractions, you use the second numbers reciprocal and multiply. Reciprocal just means you flip the two numbers. Going back to 1/2 divided by 1/2, you would solve it by doing 1/2 multiplied by 2/1. Hope this helps!
