The last pair, (-3,0) and (0,3)

For (-3,0) Y=0 and X=-3, when you plug that into the equation it works:

0=(-3)+3
0=0

For (0,3) Y=3 and X=0, it also works when you put it into the equation
3=(0)+3
3=3

These are the only ones that satisfy the equation.
