The problem is supposed to be multiplied out to show the possible number of combinations.

First you have the three types of meat.

Secondly you have two types of bread.

Thirdly you have four types of condiments.

Assuming the fact you much pick one from each option and only one you must multiply the possible solutions.

3 x 2 x 4 which totals to 24.

So I'm short there are 24 possible sandwiche combinations.
