#19: The first term is 3. Plug in 1 for N and you will see why.
#20: y = 12, when you plug in -3 for x.

when it has x squared you have to times it by itself..so x=-3 so -3 times -3 equals 9
and then 9 - -3 equals 12
is this ok?
