It's not bad . Personally I would change a few things , but i like it. Is this for an assignment or for personal use?

it's pretty good,
instead of saying 'I love you Casey McMenamin with all my heart' you could just begin the poem with 'Sitting here at my desk thinking about you'
but if you feel you like your version better then go for it
