First, we have to look at our denominators, or the bottom numbers, and check to see if they are the same in both fractions.

Since they are, all we have to do is subtract the numerators, or top numbers, with each other.

41-33=8
8 would be our top number (numerator) because we subtracted the numerators first.

Our fraction is now 8/8, or 1.
